How F24 Schweiz AG and TopEase are linked
TopEase has its roots in Switzerland and has been synonymous with expertise in governance, risk and compliance for over 25 years. Today, TopEase is part of the international F24 Group. F24 Schweiz AG is the Group’s Swiss subsidiary and brings together the teams working on TopEase in the areas of consultancy, development and professional services. The head office is in Wollerau, whilst TopEase’s Swiss development centre is in Olten.
TopEase is a platform for governance, risk and compliance. In May 2022, TopEase was integrated into the F24 AG portfolio. In 2026, the former F24 Schweiz II GmbH, previously known as Business-DNA Solutions GmbH, was merged with F24 Schweiz AG. This means that the Swiss GRC expertise and TopEase are now consolidated under the joint corporate identity of F24 Schweiz AG.
Within the F24 Group, TopEase complements the software solutions for resilience by providing a central platform for the management of risks, compliance requirements, processes, controls and other relevant corporate information.

Olten is the Swiss development centre for TopEase. There, the software development, professional services and GRC consultancy teams work closely together. Other teams within the F24 Group support the further development and international deployment of the platform.
