What is TopEase Process Management?

TopEase Process Management is a BPM (Business Process Management) software solution for the centralised documentation, visualisation, evaluation and control of business processes. Organisations link processes to roles, assets, risks, controls and key performance indicators within a shared database.

The solution is aimed at those responsible for processes, as well as those responsible for governance, risk, quality and organisational matters. Unlike pure modelling tools, TopEase forms part of a modular GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) platform: processes are not mapped in isolation, but are managed as part of a digital organisational model.
