TopEase® offers flexible pricing models that can be tailored to your needs. You can use the software on a leasing basis or purchase it one-time. By purchasing the first module, you receive the complete TopEase® platform, which you can expand. Additional modules can be added at any time at a discounted price. The exact price depends on the number of modules selected, the desired level of customisation and the contract duration. With this model, you only invest in the features you really need. Each contract includes a paid maintenance contract that ensures software updates, upgrades, technical support, hotline support, bug fixes and security updates throughout the contract period. Yes. TopEase® is designed to support companies in implementing relevant regulatory standards. These include GDPR, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. The platform offers specially developed modules to map requirements such as DORA Module, NIS2 or OCIR Module.
If desired, you can also implement TopEase® in collaboration with external consultants to ensure that all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are fully taken into account.
Both. With TopEase®, you have the choice: use the platform as a cloud solution (SaaS) to access your data anytime, anywhere, or opt for an on-premises installation in your own IT infrastructure. Both versions offer the same functionality and security standards. You choose the model that best fits your IT strategy.
We support you in transferring your existing data to TopEase®. TopEase® can be seamlessly integrated into your existing system landscape via interfaces to other programmes, whether from legacy systems or other sources. Migration often takes place via the import of files such as Excel tables (e.g. CSV or XLSX formats), a web services API or other interfaces, so that your process documentation, risk assessments and compliance data can be transferred in full. Together, we ensure a smooth transition that does not interrupt your workflows.
